Founded in 2002, OroAfrica Design (Pty) Ltd – “OroDesign” is a highly skilled, technology-driven jewellery design and luxury product development facility. Our focus is the customer, the individual – finding, designing and creating what they desire and aspire towards.

Swiss-born Martin Ammann, Creative Head of OROAFRICA and co-owner of OroDesign, is an experienced, award-winning designer and goldsmith, who qualified at the School of Manufacturing Arts in Zürich, Switzerland.

OroDesign partners with clients looking for something truly special. We handle challenging projects and bring bespoke ideas to life. We source investment-quality diamonds and work them into breathtaking, wearable art. Our expertise lies in creating personal luxury, from concept and initial sketch, through to the finished, exquisite piece.

We make use of cutting edge 3D design and sculpting technologies, rapid prototyping and sampling, laser welding, engraving and cutting, as well as age-old, traditional goldsmith skills. Our investment in the right people, talent and advanced technology form the basis of the quality service we deliver, without fail, to our customers around the world.
